Governor Fashola arrests senior military officers on BRT lane

Governor Fashola of Lagos state showed that no one is actually above the law, as he caught a senior military officer driving on the popular BRT lane meant for the BRT buses in Lagos. His excellency saw them from the lane he was, and came down from his car to confront the man. It was very embarrasing though!
