One of the biggest Annual Reality shows in Africa,the Gulder Ultimate Search is in it's ninth season, and the organisers of the show have re-appointed actor, Chidi Mokeme as the anchor for this year’s edition of the reality contest show. The Ultimate search has previously seen the likes of Tin Tin, Darey Art Alade, Bob Manuel Udokwu and Genevieve Nnaji as anchors.
The announcement was made on the night of Sunday, October 7, 2012 at the Eko Hotel and Suites, Lagos during the final selection of the 12 contestants and the unveiling of some team members who will be on board.
The 12 finalists on this year's search are Kofya Brown, Bornford Patience, Ayo Ojueromi, Uzor Osimkpa, Udodi Onyinyechukwu, and Ezeh Priscillia. Others are Ujam Emmanuel, Nuhu Haruna, Ogbuefi Michael,Ifet Iniobong, Ojezele Paschal and Adah James, all of who will proceed to the Usaka forest in the Obot Akara local government area of Akwa Ibom State.
Chidi will be joined by past winners, Dominic Mudabai, Michael Nwachukwu, and Christopher Okagbue who will act as gate keepers while the show is on.
