On April 8, 2013, the Actors’ Guild of Nigeria (AGN) organised in honour of the late actor, Justus Esiri, a tribute night at the open space of the O’Jez Bar in the  National Stadium, Lagos.

The tribute night had the presence of top Nollywood acts including veteran actors  Olu Jacobs, Joke Silva, Kanayo O Kanayo, Zack Orji, Zik Zulu, Keppy Ekpeyong, Segun Arinze, Femi Ogedengbe, Akeem Rahman, Tunji Bamishgin, Fred Amata, and Racheal Oniga.

Others include Benita Nzeribe, Desmond Elliot, Kelvin Ikeduba, Emem Isong, Ini Edo, Rita Dominic, Kate Henshaw, Chioma Chukwuka Akpota, Ifeanyi Dike, Otega, Okey Bakkasi, Teco Benson, Julius Agwu, Okey Bakassi, Mahmood Alli Balogun, Andy Amenechi amongst others.
