So the icons haven’t just been hanging around each other for no reason, they have been working on a song. 2Face and D’banj are about to drop their first ever musical collaboration and there is a good feeling in the air about it.

The stake holders in the entertainment industry are looking forward to it. 2face and D’banj disclosed last week that a video has already been shot for the Don Jazzy-produced song titled. ‘Feeling good".

Waje Launches Charity Project

       

Singer Waje has announced the launch of her own charity initiative called ‘Waje’s Safe House’ (WSH)

The charity cause is according to her reps ‘is aimed at supporting NGO’s and causes that need help to achieve their goals and targets’.

We gathered that the singer’s first project is the MEDIC (Mental and Environmental Development Initiative for Children) initiative called Project HELP (Help Educate the Less Privileged).

We’re told WSH will be assisting Project HELP achieve its goal of keeping the children of Makoko in school by raising funds. Waje plans to raise funds through Ring back tunes revenues for some of her singles.

The mother of two was recently featured in Trendy Africa magazine where her past and present status was profiled. But what’s got our attention is the stunning, hot photos from the shoot.

Born Imaobong Regina Askia Usoro in Lagos in 1967, the actress left the Nollywood scene in the last ’90s, relocating with her family to the US. She is happily married to Rudy Williams and has a 10 year old daughter Teesa and an eight year old son; Rudy Jnr. Tessa, (who is following in her mum’s footsteps as a model) is currently schooling in France.

Michelle, 48 recalled on ‘The View‘, ‘He asked me, ‘Well, what are we going to do on Saturday?‘ And I go, ‘What’s Saturday?‘ And it was our anniversary — I forgot. She says Barack’s response was quite ‘Cold‘.

20 years later, things have definitely changed: Michelle took to Twitter yesterday October 3 to wish her hubby a good one right after Barack hit her up on Twitter. ‘Twenty years ago today, I married the love of my life and my best friend. Happy anniversary Michelle. -bo‘, @BarackObama  tweeted.

As I watched the coverage and read the news of death, illness, poverty, oppression, murder et.c every

 passing week. I remember so well the happy faces of parents, friends, and kin—faces like yours. These memories came rushing back as I watched coverage of the bomb blast, effect of unemployment, and rejecting.

D’banj spotted behind the scenes at his ‘Bachelor’ video shoot…Keeping the anticipation level for his fourth album ‘Mr Endowed‘ on the high, G.O.O.D Music artisteD’banj has concluded the video shoot for his new single ‘Bachelor‘.

The video was shot in Atlanta, US and directed by usual suspect Sesan Ogunro. Ogunro is credited for shooting D’banj’s ‘Oliver twist‘ video and 90% of the defunct Mo’Hits visuals.
